About this Program
"Unlock your Emotional Intelligence in the Nature Setting" is a transformative camp that offers a unique approach to developing your emotional intelligence (EQ). Set amidst the serenity of nature, this program is designed to help you cultivate self-awareness, practice self-regulation, increase your self-motivation, deepen your empathy, and enhance your social skills through nature-based practices. You'll learn practical tools, models, and techniques to unlock your emotional potential, gain insights into your own emotions, and develop meaningful relationships with others.
Eligibility:
- Youth from 18 to 25 years old
- Open for beginners and newcomers
- Ready to practice self-reflection
- Able to participate in hold program
- Use both Khmer and English languages
Camp Fee:
30 USD
YEP-Academy provides the following needs:
- Food (ten meals during the camp)
- Transportation (round trip from the departure point in Phnom Penh to the campsite at Pineapple Island)
- Camping equipment and training materials
