Climate change has become one of the most concerns for the world. This phenomenon has been leading to the loss of global biodiversity which is interconnected within the ecosystem. As the Earth's temperature rises and precipitation patterns shift, many species are being pushed beyond their natural ranges and ability to adapt. Warming temperatures, droughts, floods, and other extreme weather is destroying habitats and disrupting delicate ecological balances. To address this climate-biodiversity, this comprehensive training program is designed for more climate actions toward the future sustainable world.

Eligibility:

• Between 18 and 35 of age,
• Passionate about environmental protection,
• Love nature and relevant challenges,
• Willing to stretch out the comfort zone.

YEP-Academy provides the following needs:

• Camping/outdoor equipment and training materials,
• Facilitation costs,
• Overnight fees,
• Food (will be provided during the camp),
• Transportation (round trip from the departure point in Phnom Penh to the campsite).
