Reflect & Reset: New Year Camp

As one year closes and another begins, we often move forward without pausing to truly honor what has passed—the growth, the challenges, the lessons, and the quiet or profound moments that shaped us.

Reflect & Reset: New Year Camp

About this Program

New Year Camp offers you a gentle space to slow down, look back on the year’s journey, and prepare your heart and mind for the path ahead. Held in the embrace of nature, this weekend gathering invites you to simply be, cultivating clarity and awareness for the new year through:

  • Guided with prompt reflection questions sessions on the year gone by
  • Quiet solitude and time with nature
  • Creative, nature-based practices to help prepare heart and mind for the year to come
  • Heartfelt sharing around the bonfire

Come just as you are, bringing your questions, stories, and experiences. Leave with a lighter heart, a calmer mind, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself, to community, and to the unfolding year ahead.
