About this Program

Are you looking for a short but real Himalayan journey — one that feels wild, panoramic, and quieter than the classic routes? The Mardi Himal Trek is a compact adventure in Nepal’s Annapurna region that gradually climbs from green forest trails up to open alpine viewpoints and the Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500m). Along the way, we combine solid trekking practice with simple nature-based reflection moments: slowing down, noticing, and reconnecting — with yourself, the group, and the mountains.

Structure and Daily Flow:

  • Morning: wake-up, warm drink, short body activation / stretch, daily briefing (weather, route, pace)
  • On the trail: steady trekking blocks (with breaks), mindful “micro-pauses” for breath, and observation, nature exercises
  • Afternoon: arrival, rest, optional short exploration, reflection
  • Evening: dinner, group check-in, next-day preparation, early rest

Conveyed content/topics:

  • Confidence Building
  • Healing & Letting Go
  • Nature Connection
  • Mental Resilience & Growth
  • Bonding
