Discover your emotional intelligence in the beauty of nature with our 4-day transformative training camp! Join us on a journey of self-discovery in the serene natural setting of Phnom Preah. Learn practical tools to understand and manage your emotions and the emotions of those around you.

• Guided mindfulness sessions to help participants connect with their thoughts and emotions,
• Reflection activities to encourage introspection and exploration of personal values and beliefs,
• Physical activities such as hiking, camping, or adventure courses to push participants out of their comfort zones.
• Team-building exercises to foster collaboration, communication, and trust among participants.
• Solo expeditions to encourage self-reliance and resilience in facing challenges.

Eligibility:

• Between 18 and 35 of age,
• Have trekking experiences,
• Good physical fitness; be able to trek up to 8 km and carry your own backpack.

YEP-Academy provides the following needs:

• Camping/outdoor equipment and training materials,
• Facilitation costs,
• Overnight fees,
• Food (will be provided during the camp),
• Transportation (round trip from the departure point in Phnom Penh to Phnom Preah).
